  1. Tomas los filetes y los cortas en cuadros grosos con un cuchillo bien filoso. (Reservar). Asi mismo cortas en cubos grosos el tomate y la cebolla. (Reservar)

En una cacerola o en un bol pones un chorrito de aceite de Oliva y agregas la carne troceada el jugo de la naranja, la pimienta molida, un chorrito de la salsa teriyaki y el sazonador de especias y probamos para poner el punto de sal, cuando suelte el hervor agregamos la cajita de chicharos y dejamos que se termine de cocer la carne y que el tomate y la cebolla suelten sus jugos y se marchiten un poco.
  4. Este guisado se acompaña con arroz y frijolitos refritos (Lo mas facil es comprarlos enlatados o en bolsita). Yo hice un arroz rojo, aprovechando que tenia en el refri una salsa de tomate de otro guiso.
  5. Se lava el arroz en un colador hasta que el agua salga limpia, en una olla se pone un chorrito de aceite, se agrega el arroz lavado para sofreirlo se agrega la salsa de tomate y se revuelve bien.
  6. Se agregan las 2 tazas de agua y se prueba el punto de sal, se le pone la tapa a la olla y se deja cociendo a fuego bajito hasta que se le hagan hoyitos en distintas partes del arroz.
  7. Para mover el arroz y que no se rompa o bata, se mueve desde la pared de la olla hacia el centro en forma envolvente.
