- Estiramos una lámina de hojaldre y la pinchamos bastante para que no se levante en el horno. Cubrimos con queso en lonchas tipo havarti o cheddar y encima ponemos la mezcla de la sartén dejando los bordes libres para sellar bien después y encima de la mezcla echamos el queso rallado.
- Tapamos con otra lámina de hojaldre y la pintamos con huevo batido para que se dore mejor en el horno y pinchamos la parte de arriba para que no se bufe y se haga bien por dentro
- Metemos en el horno precalentado a 200º con calor arriba y abajo. Tarda en hacerse sobre unos 20’- 30’ pero es mejor ir vigilando porque depende de la potencia de cada horno.
- Se puede consumir caliente o frío porque está igualmente bueno (yo lo prefiero caliente)
