- Mientras se termina de hacer el relleno preparamos el molde. Lo untamos bien de aceite o mantequilla para que no se pegue la masa.
Colocamos la masa en el molde con cuidado.
Yo le pongo una base de queso en lonchas (o queso curado cortado finito) porque me da la sensación que así la masa no se empapa tanto.
- Cuando lo que tenemos en la sartén esté listo lo vertemos sobre la masa de forma uniforme.
Cubrimos con queso rallado y al horno 45-60 min a 180º. (Yo lo precaliento 20 min a 200º).
