- Cocemos las patatas con agua y un poquito de sal, las pelemos y las cortamos en rodajas.
- Cortamos los pimientos y el puerro, después cogemos una sartén, echamos el puerro, la sal y el aceite, lo freímos un poco, luego añadimos los pimientos y seguimos mezclando, y luego añadimos también la carne picada, la sal y el pimienta, dejamos todo a jugo medio alto hasta que se cocine.
- Ahora en una cacerola derretimos la mantequilla luego echamos la harina y mezclamos hasta que coja un color doradito, luego agregamos la leche y no paramos de mezclar para que no salgan grumos, después añadimos una pizca de sal y una pizca de pimienta al gusto.
- En un molde colocamos las patatas, encima ponemos la mezcla de carne picada y los pimientos, cubrimos con la mitad de salsa bechamel y la mitad de el queso.
- De nuevo colocamos el resto de patatas, la salsa bechamel y también el resto de el queso.
- Metemos el molde en el horno que hemos precalentado 180 grados durante 30 minutos.(ver el video)
