  5. Ya extendida la masa, poner los huevos duros en el principio de la masa y con la ayuda del papel hacer el rollo. Sellar las partes que quedaron abiertas con más papel aluminio. Y ponerlo en una fuente refractaria. E introducir al horno por 20 minutos a 180°.
  6. Pasado 20 minutos. Abrir el papel del rollo y rociar el vino reservado y darle 20 minutos más en el horno. Cuando este listo apagar el horno, y con la bandeja aún dentro de él, Darle 20 minutos más.
  7. Nota: La carne que use tenía 3 días sazonada en el refrigerador, para mi es más sabor. Pero también es bueno acaba de comprar.
