- 2 CAS de Manteca de cerdo o aceite de oliva
- ---- Relleno:
- 500 gr carne picada
- 2 Pimientos rojos
- 2 Cebollas
- 1 paquete Aceitunas
- 4 huevos cocidos
- Sal, pimienta, comino
- Aceite y/o manteca de cerdo

- Poner la sal junto a la harina. Una cucharada sopera de sal.
- Después añadimos la manteca de cerdo. Yo la tengo líquida, pero la podéis poner a temperatura ambiente.
- Añadimos el agua.
- Dejamos reposar la masa un rato.
- Ahora vamos a preparar el relleno:
- Ponemos aceite de oliva y un poquito de manteca de cerdo en la sartén.
- Añadimos la cebolla, movemos y agregamos el pimiento rojo. Una vez que lo tenemos le ponemos sal. Lo dejamos reducir y que quede transparente.
- Agregamos el pollo, que ya está cocido, solamente para que se integre y coja sabor de las verduras.
- Le ponemos la pimienta y el comino.
- Le ponemos un poquito de pimentón y seguido le ponemos un poquito de líquido para que cuando reduzca quede el relleno más jugoso.
- Agregamos las aceitunas.
- Añadimos los 4 huevos duros.
- Estiramos la masa.
- Ponemos el relleno y luego la llevamos al horno.
- Este es el resultado.
