  1. Pon a cocer la yuca en agua con un punto de sal... yo lo hice en olla de presión para ser más rápida.
  2. Mientras se cocina la yuca en una sartén honda agregamos el aceite vegetal y sofreímos 1/2 cebolla picada en cubitos a fuego medio... cuando está este medio transparente agregamos 1 diente de ajo y lo dejamos dorar. Una vez dorado es el turno de la carne molida
  3. Removiendo constantemente la carne molida hasta que esta cambie de color le agregamos el tomate o el puré según prefieras y dejamos cocinar por 15 min hasta que la carne esté sin mucho jugo y reservamos
  4. Con la yuca ya cocida procedemos a hacer el puré... batimos en la licuadora y en una olla de fondo grueso, colocamos la mantequilla y ponemos a dorar la cebolla y el ajo a fuego medio
  5. Ya dorados estos ingredientes agregamos la yuca licuada y removiendo constantemente vamos agregando la pimienta negra a su gusto y la crema de leche hasta formar un puré homogéneo.
  6. En un molde de vidrio agregamos la mitad de este puré y esparcimos por todo el fondo.. luego agregamos la carne molida esparciéndola por toda la forma y luego agregamos la otra mitad del puré de yuca
  7. Agregamos el queso Mozzarella rallado y horneamos a 350° F por 20 a 30 min
  8. Se puede acompañar de arroz blanco o ensalada
