Tomar un poco de la masa y en un molde pl谩stico redondo (humedecerlo solo un poco con aceite), hacer una tortilla delgada, colocar dos cdas del relleno de la carne y con ayuda del mismo pl谩stico cerrar y presionar los bordes
- Poner a calentar aceite suficiente y cuando est茅 bien caliente poner a fre铆r con cuidado de que no se abra, darles vuelta solo hasta que se vea dorada de la parte de abajo, cocinar de ambos lados, sacar y poner en papel absorbente. Servir calientes con ensalada y chiles encurtidos.
