  4. Luego de que hayan transcurrido unos 2 o 3 minutos, agrega el ajo picado, la salsa de soya, el vinagre y vuelve a poner la carne. Revuelve bien, prueba y corrige la sal de ser necesario, agrega el perejil bien picadito.
