- Licúa ciruelas pasas, salsa inglesa, sazonador líquido oscuro, refresco de cola, 1 cubito de caldo de res y si gustas le puedes poner chipotles o chiles morita, con esto cubres el rollo, lo tapas con estaño y lo horneas a 180°C (350°F) por unos 45 minutos. Cuando esté listo lo dejas reposar a que enfríe, le quitas el hilo lo rebanas.
- El líquido que queda lo vuelves a licuar y es tu gravy, si lo quieres un poco más espeso sólo le agregas maicena al licuarlo y pon al fuego a que se cueza la maicena, rectificar sabores si se desea más dulce agregar azúcar mascabado y lo pones a hervir un poco. Espero les guste 🐬💞
