  23. 1 queso crema
  24. 1 lata media crema
  25. 1/2 taza leche
  26. 100 gr nuez
  27. 70 gr almendra
  28. 1/2 cucharadita canela
  29. 1 cucharadas Jerez
  30. 1/2 cucharadita sal

  1. Asamos los chiles y los ponemos en una bolsa de plástico para facilitar el quitar la cáscara. Dejamos unos minutos y le retiramos la cáscara. Yo los corto de la parte de arriba para quitarle las semillas y así rellenarlos. Reservamos
  2. Picamos finamente, ajo, cebolla y tomate
  3. Picamos en cuadritos la manzana 🍎 pera 🍐 y duraznos 🍑

  5. Agregamos el caldo de las aceitunas, (esto en lugar de poner vinagre) y las especias, tapamos de nuevo. Finalmente ponemos la fruta, aceitunas y sal o caldo de pollo a elección. Tapamos y dejamos cocinar un rato más a que ablande la fruta solamente. Reservamos
  6. Para la crema, licuamos todos los ingredientes muy bien y lo colocamos en un recipiente para servir
  7. Ya listos los chiles, los rellenamos y ponemos encima la crema y para adornar los granos de la granada. Si gustan, poner un poquito de perejil picado finamente, no contaba con él, provecho!
